I think this is going to be an awesome addition to the beer scene here in Portland. I am hoping we see more articles about the people behind the brewing just as you did with the Widmer brothers. Maybe even some homebrewing experiences. There are a lot of great homebrewers in Portland with some great stories about there brewing experiences. And the home breweries they have built in there homes. Each has a story behiond what it took to build there special little brewery and what it took to build and the love of brewing.
Like beerdad said, I'd like to hear more about the brewers, especially the smaller artisan brewers.
Also, the cask ale festival is coming up. How about something explaining the concept of cask ales, british locals, live beer and such. It seems like it should be bigger here since we've really got the whole neighborhood local/pub thing down.
Is anyone else tierd of hearing ANOTHER Widmer brothers story? Aren't there other craft breweries here in OR and even outside of the state lines that warrant space in the paper? How about the Wind Power Full Sail is using or all of the charity work Gary Fish at Deschutes does in central OR.
Jeez, enough stroking two brothers who now have xmas dinner at Augys house and spread the love to some of the other deserving true craft breweries we have here in OR.
